The title Reflecting skin comes from a 1990 film and it is a visualization of a personal Fin de siècle.
I use the image of the house as a metaphor for the human body. In this specific image the painting procedure was an attempt for mourning for my father's death. Mourning for all the little literal and metaphorical deaths. The notion of loss as a theme of a period of my life.
